The Inclusive Leadership Pathway is a cohort-based professional learning experience designed for school and district leaders committed to building inclusive systems—without burning out.
Through a multi-track model, leaders gain the tools, clarity, and collaborative leadership habits they need to: Lead legally sound inclusive systems, foster inclusive school culture, build integrated teaming capacity, and operational systems that support all learners.

This pathway is designed for principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, special education administrators, and district leaders who are responsible for creating inclusive, legally compliant, and collaborative school systems—regardless of their SpEd expertise.
How is this different from a one-time training?
The Inclusive Leadership Pathway is a cohort-based experience, not a “sit-and-get” training. It combines live coaching, systems planning, real-time feedback, and curated tools to help leaders take action—not just absorb information.
Can we bring this to our entire school or district?
Yes! We work directly with school and district leaders to customize the experience for your team. We’ll match the pathway track to your staff’s roles and needs, and we offer flexible invoicing and start dates.
Do participants need to have a background in special education?
Not at all. The Inclusive Leadership Pathway was specifically designed for leaders who may not have a SpEd background, but who are responsible for making inclusive, legally-sound decisions that affect diverse learners and staff.
How long is the program?
We offer 4-week, semester-long, and school-year options, depending on your track and goals. Each track includes structured coaching sessions, planning tools, and optional add-ons for deeper support.
